    Mini Boxers - Ages 5 to 10

Our Mini Boxers run on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 6:00. Open to ages from 5 yrs to 10 yrs these non-contact sessions are a terrific introduction to boxing and keeping fit. Our coaches are all qualified as England Boxing Leader or above and several joined the club as mini boxers when they were younger and now coach our mini boxer sessions as well as competing in National Competitions. They were all trained by our Head Coach - Nathan Clarke so have a really clear understanding of our clubs boxing ethos, both in coaching and in practice.

    Junior - Ages 11 to 16

Our Junior Sessions follow on from the Mini-Boxer Sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:00. For ages from 11 to 16, these sessions are aimed at all abilities and aspirations so it's great to come along and keep fit but you can also be introduced to sparring and contact. This is completely optional and always directly supervised by our coaching team and with protective headguards and gumshields. Our club philosophy which our Head Coach Nathan Clarke promotes is "First learn not to get hit" and the rest flows from there.

Also on Monday and Wednesday evening with sessions starting at 7:00 and finishing around 8:15. Once again, contact is completely optional and we have a large group who enjoy our boxing classes as a way to keep fit. You can set your own pace or use the motivation that comes from our coaches to really push yourself - completely up to you.

    Competition Boxers

Friday nights from 5:30 to 7:30 are dedicated to our competition boxers who also come to the Monday & Wednesday sessions. This is for boxers of all ages who are "carded" by England Boxing and have passed medicals to allow them to compete in amateur boxing competitions. This includes the clubs shows, and travelling to other clubs to compete on their shows as well as entering national competitions such as the ABA English championships. South Cheshire have a great record with several regional champions regularly joining the sessions.

Saturday morning from 10:00 to 12:30 is our open session for any Junior and above boxers to join in and use the facilities provided. This is not a structured class but gives a great opportunity to work one-to-one with our coaches to develop skills learned during the week.

    Ladies Classes

We have three England Qualified Female coaches and they are strong believers that boxing is for everyone. We therefore don't have a dedicated ladies section and everyone joins in the general classes. We have a number of girls and ladies who just keep fit all the way to competing at National level.
